At HaloLux, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Every HaloLux product is backed by the following limited warranty to give you confidence in your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

HaloLux warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days. 

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty components

  • Electrical or functional failures not caused by misuse

If a defect arises during the warranty period, HaloLux will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit

  • Provide a replacement of equal or greater value

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Water damage beyond the product’s stated waterproof rating

  • Damage caused by improper charging, power surges, or incompatible accessories

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact HaloLux customer support with proof of purchase

  2. Provide a description of the issue and photos or video if requested

  3. Follow the return or replacement instructions provided by our support team

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

HaloLux shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
